Arkansas Faces Challenges On Second Day Of Attempting To Carry Out Two Executions

One of two scheduled Thursday executions has been stayed, and the state is fighting at the Arkansas Supreme Court to reverse an order preventing it from being able to use one of its execution drugs in any executions. Additional appeals remain pending as well.
