Africa-focused remittance company, Sendwave, acquired by WorldRemit in rumoured $500m deal

Global cross-border payments company, WorldRemit has announced that it will acquire US-based and Africa-focused remittance app, Sendwave. The deal, rumoured to be around $500m, will be finalised in Q4 2020.
