1 month after NITDA deadline, Nigerian startups appear not fully complaint with online data privacy policy

In January 2019, Nigeria's ICT policy agency, NITDA released the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) draft to provide a framework for safeguarding the rights of persons to data privacy. Following the April 25 deadline for implementation, it seems most Nigerian internet startups are still not fully complaint.
