Blue Apron Has Been Fined For Safety Violations. Again.

A 2016 inspection of Blue Apron’s California food packaging facility found six safety violations, including one that could potentially have resulted in “death or serious physical harm,” for which the company has been initially fined $6,580. The violations are currently “under contest” by Blue Apron.
